Groomers (Hi-Z Non Instrusive Monitoring) - E1, T1 and STM-1

Orion Telecom Networks Inc. offers a wide range of E1 and T1 Groomers for non-intrusive monitoring applications. The VCL-MegaConnect, E1 and T1, Hi-Z Monitoring Groomers may be used for non-intrusive monitoring of "live" E1 and T1 traffic links, non-intrusively, through a high impedance monitoring point on a patch panel or a DDF. The equipment also allows the user to groom the selected time-slots carrying the monitored data to selected E1 or T1 normal impedance ports which can be connected to protocol analyzers, probes, test equipment, billing servers etc.

64 Port Plus - T1 Monitoring Groomer The VCL-MegaConnect, 64 Port Plus - T1 Monitoring Groomer is suitable for non-intrusive monitoring of upto 32, "live" T1 traffic links, bidirectionally (i.e. in both transmit and receive directions through its 64 T1 receivers) through a high impedance (Hi-Z) path. Additionally, the equipment also provides 16 output T1 ports that shall connect the aggregated time-slots which have been non-intrusively "monitored" from the 32, "live" T1 traffic links to the user's protocol analysers, test probes, etc. Data Sheet (PDF)
